Interesting 2-stage helicopter? Worth the price!
These 'sunflowers' seem to have a 2-stage burn; one wherein it spins and launches, and then hovers at about 8-12 feet, before spinning even more rapidly and behaving as you'd expect a helicopter would. Medium-sized, and so medium-length performance, but brilliant! Imagine lighting a few at once - they lift off, say goodbye, and then zoom into the air!
