Operator | Must be at least 18 and hold a valid Certificate of competency issued by State Fire Marshal. State license required, $50 fee. Apply to State Fire Marshal. Test required $10 fee, license valid for 1 year, renewable on March 1 $50 fee. At least 2 operators required during display. Also Fire Dept personnel must be present, expenses to be paid by permittee. |
