Q: How long will it take for my order to reach me?A: Shipping Fireworks is delicate and highly regulated. Zones 1, 2, and 3 should expect a minimum of 7-10 business days. Zones 4 and 5 should expect 10-15 business days. We always recommend curbside-pickup for those within a reasonable driving distance from our location in Indiana. Non-hazmat items generally take 3-7 business days for all Zones. Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?A: No... All orders containing actual fireworks that are under $200 will will be charged the full rate of shipping/freight upon checkout. Orders between $200.01 and $499.99 will be charged shipping based on their shipping zone, and all orders over $499.99 ship for free*.*Orders to Zone 5 (WA, ID, MT, NV, OR, and WY) do not receive free shipping due to the excessive cost to ship to this region. The fee for Zone 5 is $200, no matter the size of the order. -We do not ship outside the USA. Q: I live in an area not accessible with Large Trucks?A: All fireworks are shipped via common carrier (Tractor Trailer or Large Box Truck) to your home or business. Your Ship to location must be able to accept freight shipments. We strongly advise you to arrange for delivery to a work or business address. This will reduce both the delivery time and shipping complications. All orders will require an adult signature for acceptance of your orders and in some cases your I.D must be present. Q: What do I do when the truck arrives?A: Delivery drivers are not responsible for unloading your order. Packages will be placed on the tailgate of the truck. If you need the cartons lowered down from the back of the truck you must select the optional (Liftgate Delivery Service) that is available to you at the time of checking out. If your order is unable to be delivered to your home, you are responsible for picking up your order from the nearest terminal. The trucking company will call you 24 - 48 hours ahead of time to schedule your delivery using the phone number you provide during the checkout process. Q: My boxes have been damaged in shipment?A: We are not responsible for damage, lost, misdirected, or stolen merchandise. Always inspect your order and have the driver note any damages on the delivery receipt before signing. If you did not note the damage with the driver, it will be up to you to contact the carrier and open/file a claim. Q: I need my order before July 4th? Can you guarantee a delivery date?A: We are unable to guarantee a delivery date and will make every attempt to ship your order in time for delivery before the July 4th holiday. When placing your order, please allow enough time for any unforeseen delays in processing, transit, and delivery. In most cases, orders take 7-10 business days for delivery. People not having permits where required run the risk of fines and/or confiscation of fireworks without any recourse to us or the shipping company. Q: Your products caused damage or harm to my person and/or property?A: We are not responsible for the use, misuse, confiscation or malfunction of our merchandise. Any injuries or such that may occur are not our responsibility. We recommend a distance of at least 150' to 200' radius clear of people and property when using fireworks.
