Mortar tubes and customer service
I ordered 2 sets of the 1.91 HDPE mortar tubes. I only received 1. Called OC and they had them in the mail that day. I have had such horrible experiences with customer service these days, it was wonderful to have such a great experience with OC Fireworks customer support!
